Following the incumbent Principal's retirement, the College is very well-positioned for ongoing success across a broad range of academic and co-curricular initiatives. Working closely with the College Board and the Proprietor (Baradene College Limited), the Principal will develop and implement the strategies required to ensure the institution's legacy and exceptional levels of achievement are maintained and enhanced for the benefit of every individual student attending the College. Central to the role is the overall leadership and management of the College; its students, staff, and resources, including leadership of the Special Character within the school and oversight of its International Student Programme. Integral to this will be the fostering of strong relationships amongst students, staff, and the community, alongside the ongoing development of the College's campus and resourcing capacity to meet future challenges. The Board seeks an experienced and visionary Catholic Principal with a strong track record of leading academic excellence and a holistic education philosophy in a secondary school setting. As Baradene is a Catholic College, the appointee will be primarily responsible for leading the College's Special Character.
