We seek a skilled and experienced Principal Engineer to join our dynamic team.Role Overview:Key Responsibilities:Highly Technical Problem Solver: Optimising and refactoring an existing code base to improve the scalability and maintainability of a product.Hands-On Development: Writing high-quality and efficient code in C#, SQL with large datasets and other languages with a test-driven development mindset.Architectural Design: Design and oversee architectural decisions for existing and future products, ensuring they are scalable, secure, configurable, and maintainable.Mentoring: Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with the Principal Architect, developers, and DBAs to assist with technical design decisions.Continuous Learning and Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated with the latest technologies and share knowledge within the team and the broader engineering group.Skills:Technical Expertise: Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, and related technologies.
