The team is responsible for the management of all built structures within a large diverse portfolio.If you enjoy working collaboratively with a team of experienced and likeminded property professionals, then this role is for you.About you and your role: The Principal Commercial Advisor role will be responsible for providing commercial advice on leases across 3 business units within Crown Property. You will engage extensively with our legal team to develop and maintain model lease agreements that are fit for purpose.You will be responsible for creating the framework for property management providing processes, tools and guidance. Additionally, you will provide additional technical support for the senior property managers (known internally as Senior Customer Regulatory Specialists).This is a pivotal role to the operational delivery of the team focusing on maximising the return of the Crown estate. Essential to this role is demonstrated experience in providing highly technical commercial and development advice across a complex portfolio.He pukenga tou - Skills & Experience: To succeed in this role, you'll need to be commercially savvy and truly understand the property development lifecycle. You strive for innovation and best practice.
