We're hiring for multiple exciting contract roles: Principal Android Engineer, Principal iOS Engineer and Principal Flutter Engineer. These positions are at the forefront of the compelling and fast-changing mobile development world, offering the opportunity to lead, innovate, and make a lasting impact.As a Principal Engineer, you'll bring your expertise in mobile technology, your passion for innovation, and your ability to drive excellence across teams. Whether you're writing code, defining architecture, or shaping strategy, you'll lead by example and inspire those around you to achieve greatness!The experience we're looking forDeep mobile expertise: Over 10 years of experience with a strong focus on Android/ iOS / development or 5 years in Flutter development, with hands-on proficiency in modern frameworks like Jetpack Compose, SwiftUI, or Flutter 3.Proven experience designing and implementing scalable, modular, and maintainable architectures (Clean Architecture, MVVM, MVI) tailored for mobile platforms.Demonstrated expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and a deep understanding of DevOps practices.Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor teams and influence outcomes through collaboration and logical arguments.Technical vision: A track record of driving complex technical projects, with a focus on scalable, secure, and customer-centric solutions.Continuous learner: Always staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.Exceptional communication: Bridging the gap between technical details and business goals.What you'll be doingSet the technical direction for Android, iOS or Flutter platforms, ensuring cutting-edge, customer-focused development.Elevate engineering excellence by guiding teams through the entire software development lifecycle.Lead problem-solving efforts, performing deep root-cause analysis and ensuring system simplicity and scalability.Mentor and inspire engineering teams while fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.Drive innovation, suggesting and implementing improvements that challenge the status quo.What's on offer?Work on Complex, Award-Winning, and Market-Leading Projects.
