Join us in shaping the future of education and unleashing your full potential.Apply now and let your creativity soar!Duties and ResponsibilitiesUnearth and unveil new tech tools to amplify the digital capabilities of the NUS community, proposing solutions and ensuring their implementation aligns with our strategic objectives.Craft training materials and lead training sessions for our staff, empowering them to effectively use new tools.Create instructional videos and other communication materials to fuel ongoing learning and engagement among our staff members.Contribute to organizing events centered around technology, fostering a culture of continuous growth and learning within our NUS community.Deliver support for our digital tools through scheduled clinic sessions, addressing user questions and challenges.Ensure that all activities align with NUS policies and the university's strategy.QualificationsA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a tech-related field.Proven experience in creating and conducting training programs that enhance digital skills.Experience in producing multimedia content like instructional videos.Strong organizational skills in planning and assisting with technology-focused events.At least 3 years in a role covering digital support, from user assistance to troubleshooting.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in explaining technical concepts to non-technical individuals.Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and can also work independently.Proactive, quick to learn, highly organized, and positive attitude.Bonus points for project management experience and knowledge of the Higher Education industry.More InformationLocation: Kent Ridge CampusOrganization: NUS Information TechnologyDepartment: Applications - Faculty & Research SystemsEmployee Referral Eligible: YesJob requisition ID: 25616
