As the Principal Advisor Risk and Assurance, you will lead the Electoral Commission's risk management strategy and drive best practices in assurance across all operations. Your work will focus on developing and embedding an enterprise risk framework, enhancing our organisational risk maturity, and ensuring the Commission's activities align with best practice risk management.In this pivotal role, you will provide high-quality advice, support enterprise risk reporting, and lead assurance programme planning. You will partner with teams across the organisation to embed risk practices, support project-level documentation, and offer training that enhances risk capability.
