This team supports the Director of Mental Health and Addiction's regulatory roles.

Monitors and reports on the mental health system's compliance with legal requirementsAdministers the rules and permissions for individuals who are subject to compulsory assessments and treatmentsAdvises the Director of Mental Health and Addiction, and the MinisterRegulates the system that enables recreational drugs to be tested to minimise harmThe principal advisor will be expected to:
