The purpose of the Principal Advisor position is to provide high-level thought leadership, strategic advice, and project management across activities that improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement of the Office of the DCE. The Principal Advisor is expected to lead complex projects and assist with building the strategic capability of the team. The Principal Advisor works directly with the Director Office of the DCE EP in a key troubleshooting role, providing insight and advice on a range of matters, facilitates effective solutions to urgent or ongoing issues, and maintains effective working relationships with the Office of the DCE Leadership team, the Branch, and across the Department.
