As Principal Advisor – HR you will support the General Manager – People, Capability and Culture by leading and delivering core PC&C functions that impact the overall workforce whilst using your skills to think strategically on the best way to achieve these initiatives.The broad portfolios for these roles cover the provision of HR advice and support across a range of areas, including employment relations, performance management, team development, and change management, as well as recruitment which means you'll have the opportunity to:Lead with Expertise: Offer strategic advice on HR policies and best practices across areas like remuneration, employment agreements, employee engagement, and performance management.Drive Change: Be a key partner in change management initiatives, helping our teams navigate transformation with confidence and success.Build Partnerships: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with managers and kaimahi, ensuring the HR function supports the business and its people effectively.Risk & Opportunity Management: Proactively identify and manage HR risks, while seeking continuous improvements to people management processes and tools.Support People Development: Champion professional growth and development for our teams, fostering a culture of learning and progression.Ko wai koe – About youAs a trusted Principal Advisor with experience in a Senior HR or HR management role, you'll bring a solution-oriented approach and be someone who naturally gravitates to problem solving.
