About your team
You'll be a part of the Equity, Partnerships and Intervention Design Team. Our team is responsible for designing and overseeing delivery of WorkSafe's priority plans, working across the business and with stakeholders to promote culturally responsive approaches to reducing workplace harm.

About the role
As the Principal Advisor, you will work closely with the Project Lead in undertaking the discovery and analysis to support WorkSafe Mahi Haumaru's provision of guidance.

What You'll Do Deliver timely, high-quality, and solution-focused advice and project outputs Plan, schedule and monitor project timelines and milestones Proactively identify and help resolve issues/blockers Lead and implement specific project workstreams What You'll Bring Proven experience providing advice to senior leaders, including executive leaders An ability to hit the ground running, getting up to speed with projects already underway Excellent communication, planning, and influencing skills Proven experience undertaking complex pieces of analysis and producing insights The full position description is available from the advert on our careers centre.

Salary range
As part of our remuneration framework, the full salary range for the position is from $127,488 to $168,609.

Note: KiwiSaver/SSRSS employer contribution is additional to your base salary.
