Reporting to the National Manager Assurance and Risk, the Principal Advisor Assurance is responsible for leading our assurance planning and delivery processes. This role includes coordination of co-source internal audit suppliers. You will liaise with Tier 2s around assurance advice and set an assurance strategy. You will be a key player in building an assurance map for the wider organisation.

You will have a background in assurance or risk management, as well as a practical mindset. Your excellent analytical ability and experience in assurance mapping will be key to delivering audits. Understanding the machinery of government or working within the emergency sector would be a huge advantage.
