Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Telford, Shropshire
Pay Rate: £140 – £155 per day (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Contract Type: Temporary, with potential for long-term opportunities
About the Role:
Excell Supply is actively seeking enthusiastic and skilled Primary Teachers to work in schools across Telford and the surrounding area. Whether you're an experienced teacher or newly qualified, this is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality education to pupils at EYFS, KS1, or KS2 levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum
Inspiring and motivating pupils to achieve their best
Differentiating lessons to cater for varying learning abilities and needs
Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment
Managing classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and focused atmosphere
Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the wider school community
Assessing and reporting on pupil progress and development
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Experience teaching at EYFS, KS1, or KS2 levels
Strong communication and organisational skills
The ability to inspire and engage children in their learning
Excellent classroom management skills
A creative, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
Right to work in the UK
