Position: Primary Supply Teacher
Location: Christchurch
Salary: £120-£150 per day Start Date: After October Half Term 2024 Contract Type: Flexible hours Are you a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher looking for an immediate supply teaching opportunity in Christchurch? About the Role:
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons using the lesson plans provided and ensure that all pupils are engaged and supported throughout the duration of the day. As you attend each school, you will follow the school's policies and procedures to ensure that the children have consistency and stability in the absence of their teacher. Prior experience implementing a range of effective behaviour management strategies would be beneficial, as well as previous experience teaching a range of year groups.
Key Responsibilities: Teach from the lesson plans providedFollow schools' policies and proceduresProvide feedback to the class teacher/members of staff to ensure that any important information is passed on to the schoolProvide a safe and secure environment for pupilsRequirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Previous experience teaching in a Primary school setting (either as a qualified teacher or on teacher training placements)Strong understanding of behaviour management strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carersDedication to promoting inclusion and equality in educationWhy Join Us?
