The Role
We are seeking passionate and dedicated primary school teachers to join dynamic and innovative schools in South Auckland for 2025. We have a range of teaching opportunities in the upper primary schools for years 3 - 6. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of children aged 8 - 13 years old, and work alongside strong teams of experienced educators who are committed to providing exceptional education that prepares students with key life skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect and collaboration.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider community to enhance student learning and well-being.
Participate in professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Education (Primary) or equivalent qualification.
Registration with the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand.
Strong understanding of the New Zealand Curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
