The focus is providing mentorship, coaching, and targeted education to health care assistants working in primary care.This is a 0.2 FTE fixed-term position. There is an opportunity to negotiate flexible days/hours and location of work for the right candidate.What we're looking for:A Registered Nurse who holds a practising certificate and has more than 5 years' experience working in a primary care setting.Knowledge of adult learning principles, experience teaching adults, and confidence in teaching both face-to-face and virtually.Good levels of computer literacy and enjoyment of working in an online environment.Innovation and flexibility in supporting apprentices to meet their learning goals and thrive in the programme.A current driver's licence and the ability to travel to teach and support apprentices around Southland Otago as required.A collaborative approach, valuing the contribution of others.Our Values - To Matou Uara:He mana to te whanau – Whanau CentredTokeke - EquitableManawa whakaute - RespectfulPono – TransparentFor the full Position Description, click here: Position DescriptionPlease note that we don't always work to fixed closing dates & may interview candidates as their applications are received.Applications close: 13 December 2024.Applications must include a CV and a cover letter.WellSouth Primary Health Network is an equal opportunity employer.
