Your Role:
Design : Create detailed HV/MV substation layouts.
Lead : Guide and develop junior engineers aspiring to be protection engineers and lead technical discussions with clients to determine the optimal solution to meet their needs.
Deliver : Ensure successful project outcomes on time and within budget.
Develop : Procurement standards/philosophies for clients and internal use.
You will be an intermediate or senior electrical engineer who will have extensive primary substation experience with HV/MV distribution and/or transmission projects. Requirements for the role below:
HV/MV asset experience.
8+ years post graduate engineering experience developing substation layouts incorporating the requirements of:- resistance to earthquakes, short circuit analysis, environmental conditions and fire protection.
Degree-qualified (Washington Accord).
Proficient in Earthing analysis tools like CDEGS.
Analytical and passionate about engineering.
Strong technical knowledge of specifications, standards and codes.
CPEng accreditation (or working towards it).
