Are you a dedicated, heart-led ECE-qualified Kaiako with a desire to lead?
We are looking for a preschool room team leader/Kaiako to join our wonderful team in Ohaupo. Our centre is nestled in a beautiful rural setting with breathtaking views of Mt. Pirongia, just a short drive from Cambridge, Te Awamutu, and Hamilton.
What we're offering:
Full pay parity
Six hours non-contact per week
1:8 teacher-to-child ratio, with a maximum of 37 children in the class
Support for first aid certification and teacher registration fees

What you bring to the team:
ECE-qualified and registered, with eligibility to work in New Zealand (we are not an accredited employer)
Proven experience in a team leader role, able to inspire and support a team of teachers
A growth mindset and commitment to creating a positive, nurturing learning environment
