Preschool Manager Or Operations Manager

Our team at Pohutukawa Preschool would love a motivated, professional and fun Operations or Preschool Manager as our Manager is moving back to Auckland. This role is for a leader that is NZ qualified and has a current practicing certificate with the NZ Teaching Council. Please only apply if you are living in NZ as we are not accredited employers.
We are seeking someone with experience and can run the preschool smoothly in an autonomous role. The owner of 8 years with 20 years experience in ECE has stepped back to home educate her daughter so we are looking for an amazing leader. Both owners will be available daily for support when needed. We have also opted into extended pay parity and provide higher quality ratios than MOE ratios.
Important attributes and skills we are looking for: Positive, solution based, professional, competent, committed, great relationships with tamariki, whanau and kaiako.
In return you will have flexible days and hours, option of working full or part time. Meeting and maintaining compliance, smooth operations and positive team culture will be the focus. We have a wonderful team and you will be very fortunate to lead them all to success.
