Prepping House For Sale - Cleaning, Sanding, Painting, Gardening

We are prepping our house for sale. Looking for a few people - you can apply on your own or with a friend. Types of jobs that need to be done:- Cleaning exterior of house- sanding some areas where paint is flaking- exterior painting if you have experience- cleaning and if weather is dry, staining timber decks- clearing plants from side of garage, and clearing gutters- some weeding and planting of new plants- trimming hedges- some minor interior jobs as needed - eg. sanding a desk- must be comfortable on laddersI will be onsite and provide instruction and all tools and equipment. Please wear old clothes appropriate for the weather. Lunch will be provided. If your first day goes well, there will be several more days of work over the Uni break offered to the right person/people.When you apply let me know what days you are available for work. Days I will be there: Sat 6/4, Sun 7/4, Sat 13/4, Sun 14/4.Hours to work negotiable but generally between 9.30ish - 4.30pm. $28 per hour, but negotiable for a higher rate if you have proven experience.
