Air New Zealand has an exciting opportunity within the Customer Care Delivery Unit, as a Premium Customer Guest Services Concierge on a 14-month fixed term contract.You will deliver a premium and consistent customer experience to our most frequent flyers that stands above the competition and consistently delivers personalised, premium value and exceptional service.Job DescriptionBuild strong relationships with our High Value Customers and frequent flyers for exceptional travel support and resolve customer issues within the same business day.Collaborate with Contact Centre, Airports, Crew, and other key areas for optimal customer service.Develop customer handling procedures for our High Value Customers and frequent flyers to boost satisfaction and revenue and ensuring integration and improvement based on feedback.Stay updated on competitor activity and premium loyalty programs to maintain a leading program.Implement monthly reporting via internal dashboards to measure and enhance customer satisfaction.Role is shift based 40hrs/week based at Auckland Airport with a requirement to work scheduled weekends, public holidays and overnight on call duties.Work ExperiencePrevious experience within a premium customer facing environment (ideally a Concierge type role) within travel/tourism or hospitality.SkillsExceptional customer management skills.Previous experience with proven skills in: high value customer care delivery, resolution of customer issues, attention to detail and sound ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.If you are interested in applying for this role and you believe you have the necessary skills and aptitudes to be successful, apply today!
