Precast & Manufacturing Lead

We are seeking a hands-on leader to build our treatment tank systems from the pre-cast stage to delivery-ready. The ideal candidate will confidently take charge of our yard, ensuring the production of high-quality products.Key Responsibilities:Hands-on assembly and construction of treatment systems.Ensure systems are completed on time and meet all specifications.Maintain equipment and tools in working order and ensure the correct materials are available.Troubleshoot issues, making real-time decisions and adjustments as needed.Coordinate with the team and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and maintain clear communication.Manage and train assisting staff as required.Ensure adherence to safety standards.Requirements:Mechanically inclined, with strong skills in using various tools and equipment.Energetic and physically fit.Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making abilities.Strong leadership and team management skills.Reliable, honest, and dependable.Experience in trades, manufacturing or pre-cast is advantageous.We Offer:Job stability.Excellent hourly rate.Opportunities for advancement.A friendly and supportive work environment.Apply with a personalised cover letter and current c.v.
