About the role As the Pre Pack Team Lead at Kaiaponi Farms, you will oversee a team of pre-packers responsible for preparing fresh produce for distribution. This is a crucial role supporting efficient operation while maintaining documentation integrity. You will work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure our high-quality products are delivered on time. This is a full-time position based in our Gisborne location.
