Pre-Construction Support/Admin - Interiors

Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are looking for a Pre-Construction Project Coordinator to join a growing team.
In this role, you will support the pre-construction side of our interiors projects, helping with bid management, tendering, and project administration.
You will work closely with the construction team, assisting with multiple projects and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with bid management and tender preparation.
Provide administrative support to the construction team.
Help manage multiple interiors projects in the pre-construction phase.
Organize project documentation and coordinate project schedules.
Requirements: Strong administrative skills and exceptional organisational abilities.
Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
Experience or qualifications in construction or quantity surveying are advantageous but not essential.
Knowledge of the local construction market in New Zealand.
What We Offer: Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $115,000 , depending on experience.
Opportunity to work with a leading local contractor with a strong pipeline of projects.
