About the Position and You: As the Practice Support Lead, you will lead the setup and implementation of virtual services across our network of medical centres. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new virtual team members, troubleshooting issues and queries, and developing and maintaining virtual care policies and procedures. Your goal is to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding and service delivery to medical centres while providing peer support and leadership to virtual providers and medical centre teams.
Primary care administration or practice management experience essential.Computer literate / technology savvy.Experienced in MedTech Evolution - able to support and train staff as required.High attention to detail and good organisational skills.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.Quality improvement focused.Apply online by using the Apply Now button below.
