You will provide patient-centered, culturally safe, and holistic general practice nursing care for our patients.As an in-clinic Primary Care Nurse, you will be providing a full range of nursing services and working in partnership with the Central Clinical Team to provide a seamless, high-quality patient experience at all times.We offer a competitive salary based on your skillsets & credentials.The ideal candidate:Current registration with the Nursing Council of New ZealandMust have worked as a Registered Nurse for at least 1-2 years, preferably in a general practice or community nursing roleHave a real desire to work in Primary Care long-termExcited by change & championing model of care improvementsStrong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisational skillsAbility to work under pressure, exhibiting strong problem-solving skillsCurrent vaccinators & cervical smear takers certifications are highly desirable.What we can offer:Competitive remunerationClinical variety & excellent opportunities for career progressionProfessional development, professional cost & study fee supportFlexibility to work some shifts from home in the futureBe on the leading edge of transformative primary care delivery.
