Nursing - Community, Maternal & Child Health (Healthcare & Medical)Full timeWe are currently in search of an experienced and passionate Practice Nurse to become a valuable addition to our team at Eastmed Doctors, an established General Practice in the heart of St Heliers.This is a permanent full-time position (however we have some flexibility with FTE) to help lead our team and deliver exceptional healthcare to our extensive patient community of over 9500 patients. You will complete both clinical and non-clinical duties, and if you are up for it, some management duties while our Lead Nurse is on maternity leave.The main purpose of the job:To deliver high quality care to patients.Help co-ordinate and develop nursing services within the practice.Be open to change, show a high level of professionalism.Maintain compliance and legal requirements.About you:You are an experienced primary care Practice Nurse. You should be passionate, driven and committed.
