This is an opportunity for a switched on and motivated Practice Manager to oversee and drive the administrative, financial and general day-to-day operations across the two practices.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the practice.
Foster a supportive and productive culture focused on patient care.
Lead and mentor staff, removing barriers to success.
Engage with our community to understand and respect cultural beliefs and practices, including Tikanga Maori protocols.
Promote continuing professional development for staff, ensuring job satisfaction and improved community health.
About You Minimum 2 years' practice management experience in primary care (ideally in a medium sized practice).
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and patient-centered care.
Excellent business and financial acumen, including an in-depth understanding of payroll and best practice employment relations.
Commercially minded with the ability to identify business opportunities, provide a clear business case, effective engagement with stakeholders, and following through with implementation.
