This position requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of medical practice management in a Tuhoe setting.Main Responsibilities:Managing and supervising administrative staff to ensure smooth operation of the medical centre.Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.Coordinating with healthcare providers to support their needs, facilitate communication, and ensure patient care is seamless.Managing human resources functions such as recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.Collaborating with other Tuhoe Medical Centres to address operational challenges and enhance interdisciplinary teamwork.Monitoring inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and facility cleanliness to uphold safety standards within the medical centre.The ideal candidate for this role should possess exceptional organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a deep commitment to upholding high standards of patient care.
