Our practice is made up of experienced clinicians and support staff, all working together to provide the highest quality patient care.Our Miramar business is looking for a Practice Manager for their busy, popular practice, that is modern and purpose-built. This is a fixed term role, ending June 2025. The days/hours are as follows:Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pmAs Practice Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. Your responsibilities will include:Reception: You will be reception based and have reception duties.Team Leadership: Guide and mentor our team with clarity and positivity, promoting a collaborative and high-achieving environment.Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, management, and ensuring our practice runs smoothly.Patient-Centric Care: Address patient inquiries and ensure exceptional care to maintain our practice's reputation for excellence.Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting and billing processes efficiently, maintaining the practice's financial health.Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with our clinicians and support team to achieve practice goals and enhance patient experiences.As a Lumino Practice Manager, you also join a nationwide network of peers, enjoying ongoing learning and development opportunities - with an interesting, challenging career path.To step into this opportunity we are looking for the following skills and experience:Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader or Manager (Practice Management in dental or medical would be ideal but is not essential).Confident leadership skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback.Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both our people and our clients.The ability to work well under pressure, to multi-task and be flexible.An understanding of the financial aspects of a business and knowledge of budgets, sales targets, utilisation, and profit & loss statements.Confidence with and the aptitude to learn new technology.For your chance to make a meaningful impact, drive positive change and lead a fantastic team - please submit your interest today.
