The Role: As our Practice Manager, you'll drive performance and culture, partnering with clinicians and our Regional Manager. Lead day-to-day operations, strategize for success, and deliver results in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations and ensure staff compliance
- Provide training, coaching, and feedback for team development
- Implement strategies to increase patient retention and revenue
- Analyze and report practice financial performance
- Role model positive health and safety behaviors
The Ideal Candidate: - Previous management or team-leader experience required
- Proven ability to lead and deliver results
- Dental or healthcare experience advantageous
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer software applications, ideally EXACT
