Branch Manager - Civil Construction | Napier | $160K - $200K We're excited to be working with a dynamic and rapidly growing Civil & Infrastructure division in Napier, looking to bring on board a Branch Manager to lead their operations in the Hawke's Bay region. If you're an experienced construction professional or operations manager with a passion for business development, this is a fantastic opportunity to drive growth and make a significant impact.
About the Role: As the Branch Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Hawke's Bay branch, manage key client relationships, and ensure the smooth execution of civil construction projects. You'll play a vital role in building a high-performance culture, ensuring project delivery meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and profitability. This is a key leadership role, with the opportunity to shape the future of the branch.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily operations of the branch, including project delivery, budgeting, and resource allocation Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and profitability goals Lead, mentor, and develop staff to foster a high-performance team culture Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities What You'll Need to Succeed: Tertiary qualification in Civil Construction or a related field Minimum of 5 years' experience in civil construction management or senior project management Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing teams and delivering successful projects In-depth knowledge of civil construction processes, safety regulations, and financial management Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in civil construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite What's on Offer: Competitive salary package of $160K - $200K, depending on experience A pivotal role in a growing company with excellent career progression opportunities The chance to lead a high-performing team and make a significant impact on the business If you're an experienced operations or construction professional looking to take on a challenging leadership role in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
