RestoreMe is an innovative online clinic lead by a group of qualified health professionals, that makes accessing high quality medicinal cannabinoid (cannabis) products easier and more affordable for those who need it. We offer World-class plant-based medicines and are also New Zealand owned with a patient centric focus. 
We are looking for a clinically focused and experienced medical professional (that can be based anywhere in New Zealand), that is able to lead our team and take charge of the day-to-day operations of our Restore Me Clinic. 
Through a streamlined process, patients register online and undergo an online consultation with a health professional where it is determined whether medicinal cannabinoid is a suitable treatment option.
If you are familiar with the health care sector in New Zealand and are a qualified Pharmacist, or a Senior Nurse (or similar) that is wanting to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients and their family members in an ever-evolving industry, apply now!
The ideal candidate would be able to start immediately. 
Qualifications & experience Education: Bachelors Degree or higher (within the Medical Field).Level of Experience: Experience in practice management preferred.Specific Skills: Clincially focused mindset.Flexibility, ability to cope with pressure, and problem solve.Strong leadership and management skills.Extraordinary attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent time management and planning skills.PMR practice experience.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with Physicians, other medical professionals, office personnel.Tasks & responsibilities 1. Establish and implement effective clinic workplace procedures.2. Ensure policies and best practices are up to industry standards and government regulations.3. Organizing duty rosters for medical staff.4. Hire, train and monitor administrative staff.5. Organize patient records using electronic health record keeping.6. Interact with patients and address their complaints should they arise.7. Coordinate regular staff meetings and performance reviews.8. Collaborate with Restore Me staff and the General Manager to develop business strategies and patient services.
