Through a streamlined process, patients register online and undergo an online consultation with a health professional where it is determined whether medicinal cannabinoid is a suitable treatment option.Qualifications & experienceEducation: BA/BSc in Business Management or Medical field.Level of Experience: Minimum of 5 years in practice management.Specific Skills:Flexibility, ability to cope with pressure, and problem-solving.Strong leadership and management skills.Extraordinary attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent time management and planning skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with Physicians, other medical professionals, and office personnel.Tasks & responsibilitiesEstablish and implement effective clinic workplace procedures.Ensure policies and best practices are up to industry standards and government regulations.Organize duty rosters for medical staff.Hire, train, and monitor administrative staff.Organize patient records using electronic health record keeping.Interact with patients and address their complaints should they arise.Coordinate regular staff meetings and performance reviews.Collaborate with RestoreMe staff and the General Manager to develop business strategies and patient services.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as a practice manager?
