This is a pivotal role where you'll balance your commercial acumen and healthcare excellence, bringing a genuine passion and zest to lead this practice to new successes.What you have to doOversee daily operations of two medical practices.Support doctors and nurses to ensure timely and quality patient care.Full financial responsibility including payroll, funding, and financial management.Foster a positive and efficient work environment and mentor staff to achieve success.Collaborate with clinical teams to achieve practice objectives.Contribute to delivering vital community healthcare services.Skills and ExperienceYou should be an inspirational leader with a minimum of 2 years' experience in primary care.Strong commercial and financial acumen with exceptional organisational skills.Experience in working with a diverse patient population respecting cultural beliefs including Tikanga Maori protocols.Experience managing diverse teams and operational challenges.Understanding of healthcare funding and compliance processes.If you are in the market for a new opportunity and need a change this is for you!
