Office Management (Administration & Office Support)We're South Auckland-based business advisors supported by a full team of accountants who wholeheartedly back Kiwi business owners to succeed - in business and in life.The opportunity:Due to growth, we're looking for a highly organised Practice Manager with strong people skills who can provide exceptional administrative support to the Directors and accounting team.In this fast-paced role, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference by enhancing our processes and systems while helping to keep essential administrative tasks ticking over nicely.Key Responsibilities:Office management – overseeing day-to-day operationsProcess improvement – implementing and refining processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the firmCompliance – ensuring the company adheres to industry and regulatory requirements and best practicesBilling and invoicing – overseeing the billing processPayroll management – handling payroll for the companyReporting – preparing regular reports for the company's directors, detailing financial performance, client activity, and operational efficiencyInternal Communication – facilitating communication within the firm ensuring all team members are informed about relevant policies, changes, and updatesExternal Communication – managing communications with external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatorsWhat we offer:Modern offices in Papakura.An entrepreneurial-minded team and DirectorsA supportive and collaborative environment.A growing business with a mix of new clients and long-standing customer base.We take care of our team and understand that a work/life balance is essential to productivity.What we're looking for:Previous administration experience.
