Our purpose is to guide clients and deliver solutions for some of the most important and exciting projects in the country.What do we need:We are looking for a talented Practice Manager to join our team, reporting to the Chief Executive and working closely with other leaders to ensure delivery of our strategic plan.Key areas of responsibility include:Strategy – delivering high quality strategic advice to the CE and Board, and delivering on agreed strategic objectives for the operation and growth of the business.Operational and business performance – delivering continuous improvement on our operating efficiency, with a focus on business systems strategy.Risk management – identifying and managing risks to the business.Regulatory compliance – ensuring all regulatory/compliance matters are dealt with effectively.Contract management – managing the delivery and effectiveness of all business contracts.Brand development – ensuring our brand is developed in alignment with our strategic plan and understanding any key market changes or opportunities.Who are you:A leader who thrives on building constructive and collaborative working relationships.Someone with a high level of EI and self-awareness, who can connect strategy to action, communicating in ways that foster connection and buy-in.Someone who can generate innovative ideas, win support and make them happen.A smart operator, able to identify issues and problem solve, making effective decisions for the betterment of the business.You'll have:A relevant Bachelor's Degree (or higher), such as Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Management or Master of Business Administration.Significant experience in financial, commercial or operational leadership roles, preferably with some gained in a professional services environment.A high level of commercial and financial acumen with a track record of business improvement.If this sounds like you, we look forward to hearing from you!You can check us out at www.mitchelldaysh.co.nz.
