Our practice is made up of experienced clinicians and support staff, all working together to provide the highest quality patient care.We are looking for a Practice Manager for our busy, central city practice, which is modern and purpose-built.
The days/hours are as follows:Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pmWe seek a candidate with strong business acumen and proven people leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a close-knit team.
This role will be replacing a long-standing Practice Manager, so the ability to slot into a position and continue to improve and develop the team is a must!To step into this opportunity, we are looking for the following skills and experience:Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader or Manager (Practice Management in dental or medical would be ideal but is not essential)Confident leadership skills, with the ability to give and receive feedbackWell-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both our people and our clientsThe ability to work well under pressure, to multi-task and be flexibleAn understanding of the financial aspects of a business and knowledge of budgets, sales targets, utilisation, and profit & loss statementsConfidence with and the aptitude to learn new technologyFor your chance to make a meaningful impact, drive positive change and lead a fantastic team - please submit your interest today.
