Practice Manager - Bester Mckay Family Doctors

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Practice Manager to lead Bester McKay Family Doctors on the next stage of its journey. This role is from 9am -3pm Monday to Friday 25 hours per week.Bester McKay Family Doctors is a well-established practice that has served the Invercargill community for many years.We are seeking a well-organised, experienced Practice Manager with a strong customer service approach and sound business skills. Other essential attributes are accuracy, excellent written and oral communication skills, integrity, and trustworthiness.Our ideal person for this role will have:Experience working in primary or secondary care services, ideally in general practiceService management & leading a teamStrong facilitation & negotiation/persuasion skillsStrong working knowledge of Practice Management Systems, with the ability to pick up technology systems with ease.This role will be responsible for:Clinic operationsLeadership of the clinical & non-clinical teamsFinancial oversight, people & risk managementOperational excellence & process improvement.The successful candidate will be fully supported by a well established team to ensure a successful operation of Bester McKay Family Doctors.#J-18808-Ljbffr
