We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Practice Manager to join our thriving Auckland Clinic in Newmarket. Your role will involve managing a diverse and dedicated team, driving them to deliver world-class service, optimizing workflow, and ensuring all operational needs are met. This exciting position requires proactive problem-solving skills, providing day-to-day direction and stability to the team.The RoleIn this role, your key responsibilities will be to:Coordinate staff rostering and workload, ensuring effective utilizationOnline booking managementManage clinic support staffRecruitment and workforce planningSupport reception and front of house processesSupport cash flow managementSupport the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotionsDevelop and maintain clinic policies and proceduresDevelop and maintain an asset registerEnsure consumables and equipment are kept stocked and maintainedBe part of and contribute to the team environmentOversee that clinic and rooms are clean, tidy and accessibleOversee day-to-day clinic operationsDevelop relationships with Dr's, Nurses, Hair Growth Specialists and other stakeholdersEnsure effective handover of every client from the Head of SalesDeliver consistent high-quality service touchpointsBe the single overarching contact for clientsHandle client inquiries where applicableBook and schedule appointments where applicableManage client records in CRM software and hard copiesMaintain accurate records and provide regular reports to managementImprove the efficiency of the clinic and maximize profitabilityProvide clinic reporting to management as requiredContribute to the development of a culture consistent with the values of the clinic and Gro as a companyThe ideal candidate for this role will have/be:Previous experience in a high-level clinic/aesthetic administration positionPeople management including rostering, payroll, and performance managementAbility to problem solveExperience in financial management and reporting processesAbility to build customer and stakeholder relationshipsAbility to demonstrate and encourage leadership and teamworkStrong IT skillsCompliance and risk management experienceAttention to detailAlways learningExcellent verbal and written communicationStrong organizational skillsAbility to work across a range of prioritiesWhat We Offer:Opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team.Competitive remuneration.Birthday day offOpportunities for personal and professional growthExclusive discounts on Gro products and services to keep your hair looking and feeling its best.About UsHair loss is one of the biggest physical challenges impacting the confidence of young men.
