What you'll do: As a Practice Lead for Analysis and Design, you will be at the forefront of our client's technology transformation. You will work collaboratively with a team of Practice Leads, equipping members of the practice with the skills, tools, and common methodologies to consistently deliver value, quality, and functional excellence. Your role will be pivotal in embedding the practice model within the organisation, enhancing their whanau, and fostering a positive experience across all teams. Support the Practice Manager in overseeing the practice's overall performance, ensuring consistency and quality of skills and methodology Collaborate with the Practice Manager and Delivery stakeholders on sourcing and recruitment needs for the practice Provide people and technical leadership while actively participating in the delivery of Analysis and Design across the organisation Support the people in the practice to develop their capabilities through mentoring and coaching Influence others, improve workforce culture, engagement and ways of working What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Practice Lead role will bring significant professional experience in technology analysis and design specialism. You will have proven your ability to provide intellectual leadership, particularly in coaching staff members. Your extensive experience operating in an Agile environment will be crucial to your success in this role. With your strong networking skills within the technology sector, you'll be able to foster relationships that benefit our client's goals. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively translate complex technical information into understandable terms.
