Here's a snapshot of what your day would look like at Lagom:Develop and lead the organization's managed services strategy, aligning it with the overall business strategy for Lagom and ensuring it aligns with the needs of our current and future customers' required outcomes.Develop and lead the organization's governance and compliance strategy, including the appointment and management of relevant partners to support the function.Develop and lead the organization's resourcing and recruitment strategy, ensuring a cost-effective resource profile across the business and establishment of an offshore resource model via either direct employment or partnership.Responsible for looking at opportunities to optimize existing products, identify and develop new products related to SAP products for AMS clients, with the goal of increasing business opportunities and relevance for our customers.Ownership of the AMS revenue target and driving pipeline development and deal execution in conjunction with sales.Leading the delivery team.Owning the governance of all forms of contracts across the organization (SOW, MSA, Teaming Agreements, etc.).Accountability for compliance, regarding meeting organizational legal and security requirements.Oversee the centralized resource management and capacity & planning across the organization.Forecasting resource needs ensuring that the organization has a stable, consistent workload, matched to the work that best meets the project's priorities.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and ensure the practice is adapting to changing market conditions.So, what's in it for me after all that awesome work?We are big on perks and provide a range of benefits to support your work LIFE, whatever your circumstances.
