The focus is providing mentorship, coaching and targeted education to health care assistants working in primary care.
This is a 0.2 FTE fixed term position. There is opportunity to negotiate flexible days/ hours and location of work for the right candidate.
What we're looking for: A Health Care Assistant/ Primary Care Practice Assistant who has more than 5 years' experience working in a primary care setting.Someone who has teaching experience, who enjoys sharing their knowledge and is confident teaching both face to face and virtually.Someone who has good levels of computer literacy and enjoys working in an online environment.Innovation, and flexibility in their approach to supporting apprentices to meet their learning goals and thrive in the programme.A current driver's licence and the ability to travel to teach and support apprentices around Southland Otago as required.Someone who works collaboratively, valuing the contribution of others.Our Values - To Matou Uara He mana to te whanau – Whanau CentredTokeke - EquitableManawa whakaute - RespectfulPono – TransparentFor the full Position Description click here: Position Description Please note that we don't always work to fixed closing dates & may interview candidates as their applications are received.
