Our ideal applicant will have/be: Keen for 3 days' work per week, from Sun-Tues
Experience working in a retail environment or working with power tools
Customer service excellence ethos
Strong multi-tasking ability
Physically fit and capable with no restrictions on lifting or handling
Technology savvy, or have a willingness to learn
Punctuality, reliability and honesty as a natural trait
The duties of this role: Creating epic experiences for our customers that make their shopping journey simple, easy, and brilliant when it matters.
Creating moments of 'surprise' and 'delight' to make our customers feel valued, and ensuring they know we've got their back.
Applying your passion for home improvement, knowledge, and expertise to help our customers with all their project needs.
Ensuring our customers always feel welcome by acknowledging, helping them connect with the right experts and focusing on their positive experience throughout their visit.

This role reports to the Power Tools HOD, works within a passionate team and involves working on a fixed roster basis, which will be from Sunday – Tuesday.
