We are looking for a driven and energetic Team Leader, with a proven track record, to take charge of a key department in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
In this role, you will be able to utilize and develop your leadership skills while working within an enthusiastic and passionate team.This will see you taking accountability for:Ensuring customers are the number one priority, receiving the high standard of service they deserve;Developing and leading your team;Promoting a team culture that encourages a positive working environment;Taking on responsibility for on-the-floor stock, point-of-sale, and general standards within your department;Contributing to the overall success of the store, actively supporting initiatives and processes;Other duties as required.The ideal person for this position would need the following attributes:Retail supervisory experience;Ability to work as part of a team, and provide direction and leadership;Strong organizational skills, with the ability to think ahead and offer innovative solutions;Ability to manage a varied and busy workload;Reasonable degree of physical fitness and ability;Good time management;A positive professional attitude;Exercise honesty and fairness in all areas;Have an understanding of the importance of "One Team";The ability to strive for excellence.This role is a Tuesday to Saturday position, working approximately 42.5 hours per week.If you believe you are the person we are looking for, please forward a CV and cover letter via this website.
