(based on experience) Te whiwhinga mahi| The Opportunity Starship Digital and Community Engagement Service has an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital and marketing manager to lead its growing digital team, shape strategy and implementation, and ensure integration across Starship's digital activity. The role, which requires strong planning and project management skills, will ensure the service's digital and marketing activity progresses Maori and Pacific health equity. The role holder will work as part of a cohesive leadership team tasked with actualising an ambitious new work programme. Starship's Digital and Community Engagement Service is continually transforming and is dedicated to upholding and actualising Te Tiriti o Waitangi and championing Maori and Pacific Peoples' health equity. The service supports community, policy and advocacy, and digital engagement across the breadth of Starship's services, Te Toka Tumai, as well as Safekids Aotearoa, with a focus on haumarutanga and Pae Ora of mokopuna and whanau. Key Responsibilities: Experience developing and implementing digital engagement strategies. Experience managing digital products and services (3+ years). Team leadership and management (3+ years). Practical application of Te Tiriti o Waitangi in a digital context. Strong technical knowledge. Project management, monitoring and reporting.
