Ngati Koata Trust is seeking to appoint a Kaiwhakahaere Taiao (Environmental Manager) to assist Ngati Koata to achieve its aspirations in the strengthening of our kaitiakitanga and relationship with the environment.Mo te turanga mahi - About the roleReporting to the General Manager, you will support the Trust's values and strategic direction by providing advice and an iwi perspective on a range of matters including Marine and Freshwater Management, Conservation and Heritage Management, RMA Planning and Consenting, the Local Government Act, and all relevant regulatory environmental legislation and environmental issues.Mou - About youIdeally you will have a tertiary qualification in Law or Environmental Planning, or proven experience in a related discipline.
