About the opportunity: As a Posting and Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in managing our poster stock, overseeing its organization and storage, and handling administrative tasks.
Your role will also include providing essential Field Service support for our Posting, Cleaning, and Maintenance Teams, ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Skills and responsibilities: Adhere to agreed target levels and administrative functions relating to posting services.
Collaborate with the Operations Performance & Delivery team to develop, document and implement best business practices in poster receipt and despatch.
Ensure information in OTP is up to date and accurately reflects posting and stock levels.
Establish strong and productive working relationships with suppliers, internal and external customers and colleagues to gain maximum service levels.
Develop effective relationships with Team Leaders and Operatives and respond to feedback in relation to poster distribution activities.
Minimum Requirements: Have a current manual Australian Driver's license and an LF license or willing to obtain.
Experience in warehousing practices.
Experience in stock management and stocktakes.
Strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
A self-starter with initiative to improve current processes.
Demonstrated and competent computer skills in Microsoft Office.
