Mo te turanga | About the Role The Portfolio People & Reporting Lead is a leadership role within the Transformation & Delivery team responsible for leading a team of delivery specialists including line management, coaching and development.
The role supports the Head of PSM Delivery in overseeing and driving delivery in a defined portfolio of change initiatives with a specific focus on portfolio and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership of a team of delivery professionals, including line-management, coaching & development and optimising the allocation of resources for assigned programmes.
Provides advice & translates information into meaningful portfolio analysis to inform decision making including portfolio status and financial reporting and leading meetings to share insights.
Management of risk & dependencies, including overseeing initiative status reporting.
Develops a clear understanding of how initiatives would contribute to organizational proof points and the costs, benefits, risks, inter-dependencies, and impacts of those initiatives.
Work with the Head of PSM Delivery to ensure that customers of Transformation & Delivery feel engaged and supported.
Work with the Programme Managers and Finance to ensure high quality and accurate forecasts.
