You will drive all key deliverables across the portfolio, including delivery of a roadmap whilst appropriately managing risk. Your leadership will ensure our product suite remains competitive in the market, driving both customer satisfaction and commercial success. In this role, you will also lead and develop a high-performing team of product professionals and successfully influence across Westpac New Zealand and the wider industry.The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can inspire and role model effective product management across the team.
