Significant acquiring, cards, or transaction banking experience, either as a product professional or banker.
Product management experience within financial services.
Experience leading across a value chain, including driving a high-performance culture for your direct team (within financial services).
Demonstrated experience improving NPS, commercial, risk and people outcomes, including through data driven insights.
Strategy, risk, or product governance experience.
High levels of commercial acumen, leadership capability and delivery focus demonstrated through measurable results.
